Superman & Batman Magazine Part 3

Here's my last scan of Superman & Batman Magazine. I'm afraid this one is missing some pages but the backup story with The Atom is still pretty rad.

It's a snow day today at Butler and I'm feeling fine. I'm gonna miss this once I'm out in California.

Without Troy - Day Two

Note that I didn't take these. Rather they were taken on the set of the new movie I'm directing. Check out withoutTroy.com for more details on that project.

Holga - New Pics!

I just got these back from CVS. I took them this weekend while people were hanging out at my apartment. The black and white ones got messed up because I miss handles the film. Cool thing about the Holga is that things like that never get to you.

We're shooting for the movie again this weekend so I'll see you all next week.

From the Read Through

When it rains. It snows. Two posts tonight.

I'm totally robbing content from my other blog (withoutTroy.com) but I can post the pictures bigger here. By the way, all of these were snapped by the amazing Joanna Hodges. Good stuff Joanna!

I'll be posting some new holga pictures from my apartment as soon as I get them scanned.

Superman & Batman Magazine Part 2

This one is my favorite because it has my favorite hero in it, the Green Lantern!

The best part is that the Green Lantern story is actually written by series writer Ron Marz. Ron is one of my favorite writers. He created Kyle Rayner back in 1994 when I was only 7. If you're looking through the gallery and wondering where the fold out poster is, it is on my wall at home. I'm so glad that place hasn't changed since I was in high school.

Superman & Batman Magazine Part 1

This week I'm posting three issue scans of Superman & Batman Magazine for kids. It's a fun read and worth clicking through. Here's one with Batman fighting Penguin and Wonder Woman guest starring. Also you get to learn about real bats and comics from around the world. Awesome.

Without Troy - First Day

We finished our first day on the set of 'Without Troy' and I have to say that it was a great day. I've been blessed with a great cast, a fantastic crew, and many many good friends.

Here's a gallery of some stuff that happened today.

I've got a bunch of pictures from our first readthrough that will be coming through the pipe soon. As always check back soon and check back at WithoutTroy.com soon for exclusive updates.

Come on, come on, come on, come on now!

Touch Me Babe!

Yes, I actually have this. It's a handheld game from 1978 and it plays like Simon. If you think it's a copy you would be wrong. Although both were released in 1978, Touch Me was in arcades 4 years earlier as a stand-up cabinet.

As with so many things I love, here is the manual scanned by me.

First day of classes is tomorrow, but my first one is at 4:15 pm so I'm not too worried about sleeping through.

I know what you're thinking Indiana... Mafia

But the fact of the matter is where I grew up there was something very similar to the Mafia... 4-H!

I took all of those photos when I was a kid in 4H. Most are family and a project where I took pictures of yellow things. They're probably from a disposable camera as they were the only thing I was allowed to play with.

New Years!

And surely you’ll buy your pint cup, and surely I’ll buy mine!

And we'll take a cup o’ kindness yet, for auld lang syne.

I brought my holga camera to Cincinnati for my friend Tom's New Year's party. My third roll didn't develop but the first two are pretty wild. There's a lot of pictures, I know. But over a hundred pictures were taken on Joanna's camera so my thirty shouldn't seem too bad.

Have a happy new year everybody. Lets keep growing older together. Every year seems like more fun than the last.
