Meet Mantra.
An eternal warrior named Lukasz was reincarnated, to his shock, into the body of a woman, Eden Blake. In addition to being forced to deal with life as a woman, Lukasz also faces the particular challenges of Eden's life — in particular, her two children and her ex-husband. For the first time, Lukasz confronts the fact that for 1500 years he had been destroying families by stealing men's bodies and forcing them to walk away from their lives. He fell in love with her soul, which still existed within him.

Freedom Force – Penny Devlin: Woman Of A.C.T.I.O.N.

I’ve been a fan of Chris Sims’ work for while now. Check out his Invincible Super Blog to see why. He’s started writing a few comics at Action Age Comics and they’re pretty much universally great. I’ve been working on a concept for a comic of my own but the biggest snag is I need an artist to draw it. Sadly my Photoshop skillz stop where drawing begins. Nerdiest thing? Freedom Force texture compression theory.

I created an unnecessarily long treatise on textures and compression in Freedom Force. You can read it here on my Freedom Force sub-site. I did this because I wanted to know how best to get my skins out to the people who so desperately crave them, (3 people tops) but I am so dedicated to those few that I struggle with how to better please them. They where not however my core reason for doing this. This is:

It may not be immediately obvious but what I’m getting at is that Minute Man, the main character, has gotten worse looking between the games. The problem is that all the textures in FF1 where at 256 pixels while FFV3R were at 512 pixels. The original characters weren’t upscaled for the sequel but they were compressed in the change to DDS from TGA. I ran the texture from FF1 through a professional level upscaler to 1024px and then compressed to DDS. This is what should have been done when FFV3R from the beginning.

The marvelous Mike McGee and the tangible(?) Tamas Jakab are the creators of the impossibly amazing webcomic El Gorgo! I unleashed a teaser image of my El Gorgo skin on Twitter a few days ago and these kind gents followed me. I wasn't even following them yet! (my secret shame) I continued my work on El Gorgo and posted it to the Freedom Reborn Forums and then debuted Axe Cop. Not long after I posted my my teasers of Eddie Devil I found that Mike McGee had tweeted about it. I had yet to tweet about it myself! This level of connection between artists and fans (becoming mutual fans even) is why I love living in the future.

I've got two skins ready for you today. It's only natural. You see, they're twins.

Meet Dupli-Kate and Multi-Paul.

Super powered twins Dupli-Kate and Multi-Paul have the ability to instantly clone themselves. Their power is the result of an ancient Chinese curse by the Emperor against his usurper, the Warlord Fung Cha, moments before his death. The curse was: "The seventh generation after Cha's seventh grandchild would be burdened with a family too large to care for... and it would drive him mad." Sure enough centuries later Paul and Kate were born and kept duplicating until their father went mad, thus fulfilling the prophecy.

Freedom Force - Robot

Meet Robot.

Born a as a super intelligent but horrifically disfigured baby the man we call Robot was taken in by the state. He used his super intelligence to build a series of automatons that he would live his life through. As the heroic Robot he would lead the Teen Team and then the Global Guardians. Dissatisfied with his life by proxy, Robot cloned Rex-Splode and transfered his mind into the newer younger body.

Freedom Force - Allen the Alien

After the Viltrumites invaded his homeworld, Allen the Alien participated in a genetic experiment to find a champion who could defeat the viltrumites. In order to defeat an unstoppable foe his body was engineered to become stronger after each defeat. He is strong enough now to defeat Viltrumite and alongside the renegade Viltrumite known as Omni-Man he seeks to eradicate those who destroyed his world.

Freedom Force - Rex-Splode

Meet Rex-Splode.

Rex-Splode had the ability to alter the chemical makeup of inorganic materials, causing them to become unstable and explode. He had limited invulnerability and slightly enhanced strength. After his hand was bitten off by a member of the Lizard League, Rex received an artificial hand that could fire projectiles that he could render explosive. He died saving the world from an Invincible from an alternate universe.

Freedom Force - Female Basic Crymsin

I’m sorry for posting another Freedom Force skope. These aren’t even remotely interesting to you are they? Well I’m proud of my art! So back off theoretical reader!

This mesh is meant for hexers and skopers. It's an alteration of Lord Ehmsidy's Crymsin mesh to have a bunch of different body variations including: female_big_chest_heels, female_pants_shirt, female_pants, female_small_chest, female_small_chest_heels, female_no_mouth, female_no_face_pants. The mesh is male_basic keyframe compatible. It can be easily skoped into place on other male meshes. The standard skin is based on matrix_female_vx and c6_female_muscular. Freedom Force - Gni Versatile

Friends and family who read this blog will in no way be interested in this post beyond how utterly weird these screenshots look.

 

These meshes are meant for skoping and hexing. It contains all the parts from Gni's various male_basic meshes. There are too many parts to mention. Pick them up on my FF website.

Freedom Force – Renee Montoya: Question

Renee Montoya became the new Question during DC's 52 series. This mesh combines a lot of sources to get her new look right, hope it's worth the effort.
